Community Monthly Sunday Sittings

One of the greatest delights for me in my meditation practice over the years has been to practice as a group of likeminded people. There is such a good energy generated by sharing this experience with others.

Starting on Sunday September 2nd, there will be a monthly community sitting at Thirroul Library.

There is no charge for attendance or registration required. Just show up. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the schedule begins. If you prefer sitting on the floor, please bring your own mat and cushion. Chairs will be provided.
