Four of this, Eight of that, Five of this, Seven of that: The Buddhas path to mental wellness.

A four-week course.

In our everyday life we often find that there is mental agitation, upheaval and conflict. In this course each night will be devoted to a brief exploration of one of the many useful practices given by the Buddha. We will discuss in meditative terms;

  • The four foundations of mindfulness,
  • The noble eight-fold path,
  • The five powers and,
  • The seven factors of enlightenment

The night will begin with a half hour sitting practice period, followed by a talk. After a five-minute break at 8pm, there will be an interview session, another sitting and a Q&A session.
