Tasting the Dhamma: An Introduction to Vipassana Meditation is an invitation to explore the path of insight meditation. This three-class series offers a simple and practical introduction to Vipassana meditation, guided by Grahame White, a respected teacher with over 40 years of experience.
The first session covers the basics of mindfulness and ethical living—recognising that we benefit most when we practise not just on the cushion, but in our everyday actions. The second session introduces key meditation practices, such as breath and body awareness, through direct, guided experience. In the final session, Graham will explore essential Dhamma insights like impermanence, and offer tips for continuing your practice at home.
Each class includes meditation, teachings, and space for questions, creating a supportive environment for both first-time meditators and those returning to practice.
