Illawarra Face to Face Meditation Course

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a 4-week course where we will be focusing on the foundations of Vipassana (Mindfulness) Meditation practices.  These practices enable us to build up the required level of mindfulness and concentration to bring about a more calm and peaceful mind in our daily lives.

Whether you are a beginner to Vipassana Meditation or a seasoned veteran, I would like to extend the invitation to join us over the coming months. The schedule for the evening will be periods of sitting and walking meditation concluding with a Q&A at the end. Please register for this event below, and arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
