Tuesday Community Sittings
Join us on Tuesday evenings for a 4-week course where we will be focusing on the foundations of Vipassana (Mindfulness) Meditation practices. These practices enable us to build up the required level of mindfulness and concentration to bring about a more calm and peaceful mind in our daily lives.
Whether you are a beginner to Vipassana Meditation or a seasoned veteran, I would like to extend the invitation to join us through the months of February & March. The schedule for the evening will be periods of sitting and walking meditation concluding with a Q&A at the end. Please register using the details below. Please remember to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
