Tuesday Community Sittings

Join us on Tuesday evenings for a 4-week course where we will be focusing on the foundations of Vipassana (Mindfulness) Meditation practices.  These practices enable us to build up the required level of mindfulness and concentration to bring about a more calm and peaceful mind in our daily lives.

Whether you are a beginner to Vipassana Meditation or a seasoned veteran, I would like to extend the invitation to join us through the months of February & March. The schedule for the evening will be periods of sitting and walking meditation concluding with a Q&A at the end. Please register using the details below. Please remember to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Join meditation teacher Grahame White for a 7-day Vipassana Retreat at the tranquil Ananda Cottages, Ubud, Bali.

Vipassana Meditation is at the heart of Buddhist Meditation and is an art of living, bringing many benefits. Through the development of mindfulness, wisdom can arise in our minds.

Days will be spent practicing the four foundations of mindfulness through sitting, walking and daily activities. We will practice in the early mornings, mid morning, afternoon and evening. Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be provided.

We will also be running an optional 3-day Spiritual Tour, visiting many of the important temples in the North of Bali. This tour will be an extension of the retreat, incorporating daily meditation practice and mindfulness techniques along our travels.
