Join us for an evening exploring the principles of Vipassana Meditation through guided practice and discussion. Together, we will learn how to bring the Four Foundations of Mindfulness into our everyday life experiences, both on and off the meditation cushion. The session will include practice periods and teachings suitable for both beginners.
