The zoom community space will open 5min before the start time, to ensure everyone is ready to begin by 9:00.

Saturday Community Sittings
Join us for a monthly gathering dedicated to the practice of Vipassana (Insight) Meditation – an opportunity to come together as a community, deepen our meditation, and cultivate mindfulness. These extended practice sessions offer a chance to refine our understanding of the foundational principles of Vipassana through a balanced schedule of sitting and walking meditation, as well as group discussions.
Whether you are a beginner to Vipassana Meditation or a seasoned veteran, I would like to extend the invitation to join us. The schedule for the afternoon will include periods of sitting and walking meditation concluding with a Q&A. Please register using the details below. Please remember to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time and to bring anything that will make your practice more comfortable (chairs are provided).
It is not essential, but helpful if you could please register for the sessions here.

Join meditation teacher Grahame White for a 7-day Vipassana Retreat at the tranquil Ananda Cottages, Ubud, Bali.
Vipassana Meditation is at the heart of Buddhist Meditation and is an art of living, bringing many benefits. Through the development of mindfulness, wisdom can arise in our minds.
Days will be spent practicing the four foundations of mindfulness through sitting, walking and daily activities. We will practice in the early mornings, mid morning, afternoon and evening. A delicious vegetarian lunch & dinner will be provided.
